
ONE DAY MINDFULNESS WORKSHOP
Join us to explore the ways mindfulness can help you address the challenges you are facing in your daily life.
Mindfulness has been shown to help with many diverse issues from depression, anxiety and anger, to grieving the loss of a loved one, issues at work, chronic illness and more.
Simply put, it allows us a window of clarity into the circumstances surrounding our challenges, and by stripping away all the extra, non-essential elements, we can experience great relief and a huge decrease in our suffering. It can also give us access to more clarity and skill in our decision making.
